FAQ

SHIPPING:

  • Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed for shipping. We ship orders Tuesday - Friday (orders placed on Sunday and Monday will be processed on the next business day).
  • We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Understand we are a team of humans, working with humans hands. We are aren't perfect but will make every effort to process your order quickly. 
  • Order Status: When your order has shipped, you'll receive an email notification which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your shipping confirmation email within 3 days of receiving your order confirmation email, please email us at orders@paperherald.com with your full name, address, date purchased and order number, and we will look into it for you.
  • Free shipping only within the continental US.

RETURNS

  • We accept returns up to 30 days after purchase/delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Note: We are unable to offer refunds/returns for greeting cards, pens and pencils at this time.
  • In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at orders@paperherald.com. Please include your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but, will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
